What Every CFO Needs to Know About Health Care Reform

Recently Pepper Hamilton hosted a breakfast breakout session in conjunction with the CFO Alliance. The topic of the breakfast was “What Every CFO Needs to Know About Health Care Reform.”

In this session, Pepper partner and co-chair of Pepper's Employee Benefits Practice Group, Jonathan Clark, discussed the latest legal developments in Health Care Reform, including an overview of the on-going constitutional challenges and the pending non-discrimination requirements that now apply to insured health care arrangements. In addition, Jonathan highlighted those demographic characteristics of a particular company or certain industries that are likely to raise significant concerns once the employer-based excise taxes become effective.

This podcast features Jonathan’s presentation.
