Textual Harassment in the Workplace

Towards the end of 2011, Pepper attorneys Kristin A. LaRosa and James P. Thomas wrote an article advising employers about the effectiveness of a good smartphone policy. The article briefly mentioned the topic "textual harassment."  In this podcast, Kristin joins us to talk more in depth about "textual harassment", including what type of actions would constitute hostile work environment harassment and how employers can protect themselves by putting sufficient policies in place against text harassment.
