Handling Workplace Relationships

Dating in the workplace is fairly common these days, which isn't much of a surprise considering we spend a third or more of our lives at work. However, romantic involvement between employees brings both the employees and their employer into dangerous territory.

In this podcast, Amy McAndrew, of counsel with Pepper who concentrates her practice on labor and employment law, discusses how employers should handle these types of relationships.
