How Green is Your Roof?

Businesses are increasingly finding benefits to “going green”. The economic savings, corporate goodwill and environmental benefits associated with sustainable building and development have led many companies and institutions to look at their businesses and consider the vast possibilities. One of those possibilities, green roofs, are a growing trend in sustainable building.

In this podcast with Alan Sable, a partner in the Pittsburgh office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and Greg Ricciardi, an associate in the Princeton office and also a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Sustainability, CleanTech and Climate Change Practice Groups, they discuss what makes a roof green as well as the benefits and drawbacks of having one.
