What to Expect at Multifamily-HUD in a New Administration

Recently, Pepper Hamilton hosted a Housing Update conference featuring a discussion titled “What to Expect at Multifamily-HUD in a New Administration – Either Party.” Our panelists were Conrad Egan, President of the National Housing Conference; Michael Bodaken, President of the National Housing Trust, and Shel Schreiberg, Partner, with Pepper Hamilton. They discussed past transitions and changes that can likely be implemented legislatively or administratively. Each panelist has been active in HUD Multifamily programs for over 30 years.
