Understanding the Changes to the Rules of Civil Procedure

On December 1, 2006, the amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure addressing e-discovery became effective. The amendments mark the beginning of a new era in business litigation. Listen to this podcast with Matt Lund, a partner in the Detroit office of Pepper Hamilton, as he explains these changes to the Rules of Civil Procedure addressing e-discovery.
